VirtualMinder is a service that supports lone worker protection. No special equipment and no call-centre is required. The system can track mobile phones and allows staff members to raise an alarm with a single button press. This can alert managers, colleagues or police and automatically set up a conference call so that relevant persons can listen to the incident as it happens and decide on a course of action. A digital recording is automatically stored for later use as evidence if required. It is a web GUI based service for transport industry professionals.
Gatekeeper is a portal service which can be used to control and monitor access to all the other services and to provide pre-recorded briefing messages as staff members log on and off. This can be used to ensure that only staff who are on duty receive broadcast messages or have access to sensitive applications. It is a web GUI based service for transport industry professionals.
