<li>The Terms and      Conditions relate to the Woking FC&#8217;s Fan&#8217;s Man of the Match prize draws. </li>
<li>This competition is hosted by Synergize IT (The Company) with their registered office at Ash House,      Fairfield Avenue, Staines, Middlesex, TW18 4AB, United Kingdom.</li>
<li>This competitions is managed by Woking FC (The Club) with their registered office at Kingfield Stadium, Kingfield, Woking, Surrey, GU22 9AA, United Kingdom.</li>
<li>To enter the      draw and to win the prize as stated in the marketing material, you must      text the word CARDS followed by your choice of man of the match using the      players shirt number e.g. CARDS 8 to 64546.<strong> </strong>Each entry will be      charged at your standard network rate.</li>
<li>No purchase      necessary.  email entries for the      competition should be sent with your name, address, daytime and mobile      telephone number, competition you are entering (MAN OF THE MATCH) and      choice of player to: <a href="mailto:support@synergizeit.com">support@synergizeit.com</a></li>
<li>The prize draw      lines will be open during the match and typically close 5 minutes before the end of the match.   All text entries must be received during this time period. Votes      received outside the specified times will not be counted, but may still be      charged by your network operator.</li>
<li>The competition      is open to all UK residents aged 16 years and over. The Club reserves      the right to ask for proof of age and/or evidence before awarding the      prize/s.</li>
<li>All entries received prior to the deadline will be entered into a draw, which      will take place at approximately 2 minutes after the competition close.  One winner will be picked at random      by computer. </li>
<li>Any evidence of      entries made by third parties, through agents or in such fraudulent manner      as to manipulate the result will be disqualified from the competition.  The Club&#8217;s decision on this matter will be final.</li>
<li>Entries which      are incomplete or misspelt or which are not in accordance with the      competition terms and conditions will be void. </li>
<li>You will not be      charged for any subsequent messages you receive after entering the      competition. </li>
<li>The prize is as      specified in the competition information. The prize is subject to the      terms and conditions of the manufacturer or prize provider.</li>
<li>The winner will be contacted      immediately after the competition draw date or as soon as practical      thereafter, or as otherwise indicated in the competition information.      He/she will be contacted on the mobile phone number provided when entering      the competition. If after 5 working days it is not possible to contact the      winner, The Club reserves the right to offer the prize to the next      eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found. The Club&#8217;s      decision on this matter will be final. </li>
<li>No      cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given and      the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, The Club reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its      control and/or to offer an alternative of similar or greater value.</li>
<li>The Club (or any      third party nominated by The Club) may exercise its sole discretion to      use the winner’s (and (if applicable) their companion’s) name and image      and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for      future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media      worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.</li>
<li>By entering the      competition you agree to The Club sending you occasional free marketing      text messages. This may include, but is not limited to;  further competitions. <li>If you do not wish to      receive marketing information you should add the words “NO INFO” after      your vote selection.</li>
<li>Information and data      that is provided by entrants when they enter will be held and used by The Club and The Company and their suppliers and contractors in order to administer the      competition. Aggregate, non-personal data may also be used for the purpose      of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments      and improvements to relevant services.</li>
<li>The Company and The Club do not      accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or      disappointment suffered by any entrant howsoever arising from      participating in the competition or of accepting any prize whether due to      any error, omission or other cause by The Company, The Club, its employees, agents      or others to the fullest extent permitted by law.</li>

<p>Queens Park Rangers W12 executive suites, which provide panoramic views of the pitch, are amongst some of the best hospitality suites available. Queens Park Rangers wanted to promote those VIP boxes to their existing fans while trying to build up their mobile database.</p>
<p>Synergize IT implemented an SMS campaign, which was promoted online at <a href="http://www.qpr.co.uk" target="_blank">www.qpr.co.uk </a>and via channels on match day, whereby fans could text-in to win 2 tickets with hospitality for the next home game.  This met QPR&#8217;s objective to promote thier hospitality packages and also allowed them to enage with the fans by using QPR TV to show the winners enjoying the game in style.</p>
<p>QPR fans simply texted in their name to a dedicated keyword (QPR) over a 4-day period. The campaign resulted in QPR receiving exposure of their W12 suites while also receiving additional mobile data to the QPR mobile database for future commercial messages.</p>
<p>QPR also approached Synergize IT regarding a trial SMS campaign to tackle Abusive and Foul Language. Synergize IT set up a service QPR ABUSE where fans could text in to report repeat offenders of abusive behaviour. Once received the message would then be forwarded to the appointed head steward who would co-ordinate a steward in the received stand area. This is a real first for a football club and shows QPR taking important steps to deal with this problem.</p>

<p>Independent Transport Associates Ltd (ITAL) are a Synergize IT customer in the Business Services sector who provide specialised services in revenue protection for transport operators.  ITAL’s current customer list includes the likes of:</p>

<p>ITAL make use of Synergize IT’s <strong>Mobile Tracker</strong> and <strong>Mobile Converse</strong> products as part of their VirtualMinder and Gatekeeper services.</p>
<p>VirtualMinder is a service that supports lone worker protection.  No special equipment and no call-centre is required.  The system can track mobile phones and allows staff members to raise an alarm with a single button press.  This can alert managers, colleagues or police and automatically set up a conference call so that relevant persons can listen to the incident as it happens and decide on a course of action.  A digital recording is automatically stored for later use as evidence if required.  It is a web GUI based service for transport industry professionals.</p>
<p>Gatekeeper is a portal service which can be used to control and monitor access to all the other services and to provide pre-recorded briefing messages as staff members log on and off.  This can be used to ensure that only staff who are on duty receive broadcast messages or have access to sensitive applications.  It is a web GUI based service for transport industry professionals.</p>
<p>Moving forward ITAL and Synergize IT are working together to use mobile to further reduce fraud leakage and increase productivity (reducing operational costs).   As mobile and technology partners, Synergize IT provide ITAL with dedicated Account Managers.</p>
